the Junior A Team consists of alot of local players. some from the Junior B team last year and some from AAA hockey. They also added a few kids varying from Michigan, New England, and one from Norway.

Junior B is turning out looking like an All Star High School squad. One good goalie, and a few studs who are only playing B so they are elligible for high school hockey

Did you mean the midget AAA team or are you being serious?

The Jr. B team wouldn't win the DVHL or NJYHL 18UAA.

I would say a high school all star team with a few more good players, coached by a successful Junior hockey coach who worked them hard all summer is a pretty good foundation for a good Junior B team. If you haven't heard yet Snipe, these boys beat the defending national champion Long Island Royals this past weekend 5-4. They also defeated the New Jersey Rockets 8-3. They seem to be off to a good start to me.

Care to post the roster and designate the High School All-Stars?

I don't know their entire roster but I would put Brandywine's 91 roster (95% local kids) against them without hesitation.

A national high school all star team maybe. The only player on that team that still plays in this area is Lamont.

I dont know the Jr Flyers AJHL team roster, but if you put they BGS 91 team in the AJHL, I think they would roll through everyone.

the JRF junior A roster has some younger players that appear to be high school age. I thought all the JRF junior A players were to be high school graduates. what brought on the change?

I may be bias, but I believe the Jr B team will surprize people this season. Not only did they beat the LI Royals as Flyers18 said, but they did it by coming back from a 1-4 deficit. It's hard to look at names on a roster, appply historic stats or knowledge of these players, and know how good they are. It's a new year, a new coach and new dynamics.

To Underated and Snipe, I might suggest seeing some games before making blanket demeaning comments about these kids, even before the season starts.
