Does anyone know why the Lower Bucks League feels the need to brag about their crossover record on the front of their website?

At first galnce the record seems impressive but they are a predominatley AAA league and 21 of the 30 games played are against AA teams. Aren't they supposed to win those games? It just smack of insecurity is all. The AA team are just 5-6 versus other AA teams

Plus you know the Lower Bucks AAA teams are actually AA teams. There is only 1 AAA team La Salle. Ryan, Judge Roman and HGP [ at least this year] are called AAA and are forced to play AAA.

There are A teams in south jersey that can beat most of the AAA teams in Lower Bucks and Intercounty ....AAA highschool in this area is bull. Can't wait till they go with an all catholic league.

Your obviously an idiot so I'll keep this short for you.
1. Roman was 2-17-2 two years ago and went 11-10-3 agianst a tougher LBCSHL schedule last year. Must be bad coaching that won them all those games.
2. HGP beat LaSalle in the Flyers Cup. End of story.
3. South Jersey 'A' teams won a grand total of 0 (thats ZERO) games in the FLYERS CUP A last year. But wait, I'm sure they would have done better aganst AAA teams.

So how do you define AAA, AA and A. What makes LaSalle AAA and Ryan AA in you mind?

That is how "club" hockey is tiered...NOT varsity sports. Sorry, but you will never get me to agree that High School sports should be teired by percieved strength.

I played for Roman's 'old coach' there buddy, believe me, hes a good coach, I KNOW. What honestly makes you think a south jersey A team is better than a AAA team, come on, seriously. SJ teams in general haven't played well agianst PA teams in recent years, just look at the flyers cup. You obviously have a chip on your shoulder about something so stop complaining on these forums becuase no one wants to read it.

Thats 1 team in 1 playoff. Im sorry to say, but the south jersey league is nowhere near as competetive as some of the PA leagues. Besides Shawnee this year, most would have trouble finishing with a winning record.

It looks like shawnee has a good record. Have they played anyone outside of south jersey? How have they done? If they havent, I can assure you its not because a team chickened out to play them.

he showed you hgpfan.

anyway, what do you think about this judge-ghost game tonight? Both teams seem to be pretty unpredictable thusfar.
Judge is strong but young and lacks experience. They clearly took Tennent for granted and came out flat (i was there to witness), but they get up for big games (the ryan game was close and exciting). any thoughts?

HGP has looked much better since the goalie change, but still can fall victim to sloppy play, and some defensive lapses (whether its defensemen, or how the forwards play with the lead). Its a big week for both schools, I hope we dont overlook this game for Wednesday vs Ryan. I know Judge will come out strong. I think we can outscore Judge, we just have to play well defensively as a team. Im expecting a very good, rough game.
