I'm not going to lie, East is not my favorite team but I congratulate them on the win. Representing the West Chester area very well with a WCASD team winning States two years in a row. Congrats East

Does anyone know if Mik Lemieux played for Quaker Valley in the state championship game vs East?

He did not play. He only played in 4 or 5 games all season so he wasn't eligible. But I heard that he wouldnt have been asked to play even if he had the required 10 games in.

Mik Lemieux was given an opportunity by Kevin Quinn to come back to QV at Mid-Season after being sent home from Juniors. AT one point he played a couple of games for QV, but need to commit to 10 games.

His Travel Coach with the Hornets, put him in a room for an hour [supposedly] and told him not to play High School Hockey. He told Kevin Quinn he was not attending a game against Bishop McCort and that was the end. COuld they have used him ? Yes. But they came within 48 seconds of winning it without him, which was a major accomplishment. WC East was a better team and deserved to be A Champions !
