No. Bishop Egan was an all boy's school that merged with the all girls school Bishop Conwell. Conwell closed and the student body attended Bishop Egan. Hence, Conwell-Egan.

I picked HGP to win it all before the season started. I would say HGP was the favorite. It was a back and forth game with HGP getting thetying goal VERY late in the third and then winning in OT.

i remember...Serra fans dumping soda on the radnor players because the fans were seated behind/above the radnor bench. John Brennan being full on tackled with no call (taking him down isn't easy to do in the first place let along legally). Chris getting a called for "talking to the ref" which i highly doubt ever happened. And worst of all Bryan Ritti's clearing attempt when the game was 4-4 with 3 minutes left that took a funny bounce and hit off Corey S-L's skate and bounced right to a serra player who was in the wrong spot (as far as the breakout goese he was way behind our defensmen) and got a wide open breakaway shot to take the lead and the win..

La Salle's 1998 State Champ team "the Cardiac kids", which came back from a goal down two or three times in their laat three games with less than 5 minutes left in the Flyers cup semi (4-3 OT over Malvern), 4-3 over GA in the Flyers Cup Final, and 2-1 over Central Catholic in the state champ game, when trailing 1-0 deep into the third.

To answer raha and build on what Sacks said, we (Ghost) were certainly favored in 03 against Henderson in that game, and we even had home ice advantage in that game, but they did a great job shadowing both Gunderson and Worthington all night. Scott Dirico scored a goal from the red line mid 2nd period to break a 1-1 tie, and then they scored again early third to go up 3-1. Josh Steacker, our second line center, scored two goals in the final 4 minutes to tie the game and Steve Biasini, the RW with Gunderson and Worthington, scored the winner 54 seconds into OT. I've said many times that we don't come back and win that game if it's not at Grundy. We were outplayed, outcoached, and extremely lucky to win, despite being the better team.

Radnor should have killed Serra in 2002 and missed about 5 open nets in the first period.

i would say the whole 2004 states when the east swept for the 1st time in 14 years.

Not really sure as much on the Radnor win over Serra what was predicted but I know carroll was not supposed to have a chance yet won and Malvern as well was not thought to win
