Judge 2
Malvern 0

Pretty even game judge got a goal in the 2nd and got an empty netter with 16 seconds left. Neither team looked outstanding or seemed to have a player that could control the game.

Yes minus one injured player. Bonner goalie played great. It seemed that O'Hara outshot them by a good margin in the first period and perhaps in the game but Bonner netminder Kilgore was on his game. Bonner led 1 - 0 at one point. Alot of hustle on the forecheck from Bonner who played well. O'Hara seemed a little off their game but got it done with goals by K. Murray and Coll. Bonner pulled the goalie with about a minute to go but O'Hara goalie Jim Murray came up large with a point blank save to end the game. Great game, hard hits, back and forth play, lots of fans in the stands and the refs did a decent job as well. Always seems to be a battle when these two teams meet.

Father Judge 5, Holy Ghost Prep 4.

Excellent hard hitting hockey game. Ghost had a 2-0 lead within 2 minutes of the start of the game, then Judge got one back before the game settled down. Ghost made it 3-1 in the second before Judge crawled back to tie. Then the teams traded goals in the third. Ghost scored first, then Judge tied it with about 5 minutes left and then took the lead with about 56 seconds left. Judge dominated the third period and kept the puck down ghost's end most of the time, outshooting them in the game by about 32ish-20ish. Shots were relatively close through about half of the game until the third. Ghost had some chances in the third, especially at the end to tie the game in the last minute but could not get it done. Officiating wasn't the greatest, but I think it was called evenly, at least in the second half of the game.

Ghost's high speed makes odd man rushes very dangerous. They are a talented team and I thought they were going to pull away several times during the game.

Judge's addition of sophomore transfer goaltender matt petitti from Roman has clearly been an upgrade and has helped the team stay in these close games.

Both teams have extremely well executed power plays.

I am looking foward to see how both of these teams fare against the higher rated Roman and Ryan on Thanksgiving Eve.

Our team is having way too much trouble putting teams away, and letting them back in. after it was 3-1, we should have put judge away, but i give them a ton of credit, because they took it to us with their backs against the wall. judge is better team then i thought they would be.

we still have kids that think they are better then they really are, and play outside their means, instead of making the simple, smart play, and worrying about their positioning. what this team doesnt realize is they are not as talented or deep as last years team, and they have a bullseye on their back. if they stop playing, teams can come back on them, like last night, and like the ohara game.

La Salle 4-1 over Judge in AAA.

La Salle heavily outshot judge. La salle had an empty netter at the end. Judge Goalie Petitti stood on his head. This one could have been a lot higher scoring on La Salle's part.
