Off the top of my head (no research)
Pennsbury against Abington Abington against Pennsbury McDevitt against Rock South (Tonight) C.B. South against West (Tonight) Souderton against North Penn North Penn against Souderton Washington Twp against Cherokee C.B. South against Pennridge Keep in mind, I was in attendance for ALL of these games......I can only imagine how many more teams took 15 penalties in a game. (I am only at one rink per night) |

Souderton 2-17-1 Last Year, Already Have 3 Wins this year
CB East is a huge surprise going from A to AA with only 1-2 new players and they have only one loss, to Souderton in their first game, and the current leading scorer in Matt Hughes (14 pts, 4 gms) |

I am not surprised at Souderton. I think I was more surprised that they did so poorly last year. Dan Bernardo is a pretty good player.
Our kids lost 9 - 3 to East. I thought East was beatable. Our goalie did not play well as they scored 9 goals on only 27 shots. I think it was more a case of Hughes beating us. He scored 5 of their goals. |

how about timber creek tying williamstown 2-2?

Williamstown is almost all Osterdahl. He has a hand in most of the goals they have, which is why he is 2nd in scoring leaders. (Rowand (#1) is from Township, who blows everyone out.) But Williamstown has some pretty even games so far. If Justin should get injured or has to miss a game, Williamstown is in big trouble.
I'm not positive, but I think Timber Creek beat Williamstown in the '05 Christmas Tournament. It looks like several teams are heavily dependent on 1 or 2 players this year. Besides Williamstown, Eastern leans on Drazen, Shawnee has the McDonald/Welsey dynamic duo, and Moorestown has Corley/Hashmi. So far, Township is the deepest team and won't see anything challenging for a few weeks till they face Moorestown and a rematch with Cherokee. |

Well, Osterdahl ended the regular season 4th in league scoring with 44 points, had at least two points in 12 of 18 games and only had one game where he had no points. Cunard was the next highest scorer for Williamstown, 18th in the league with 23 points. What does that tell you? I would say that Williamstown's MVP was Osterdahl and second would be both goalies, Altamuro & Haines, who did a great job sharing the pipes.
Cunard & Larkin stepped up in the playoffs, working off each other and Osterdahl, but the truth remained, if you contained Osterdahl, Williamstown was usually beaten. |
