Craziness at Grundy tonight!

Roman held a 5-2 lead on Holy Ghost to start the third period.

Soroka scored twice shorthanded on the same shift late in the game to give Ghost the 6-5 lead. Empty netter, 7-5 final.

Ryan outshot Pennsbury 40-20 and won the game 2-1.

i was really surprised holy ghost came back in that game. roman scored some soft goals, and it looked liked they couldnt get any momentum started. very good 3rd period, i dont think theres a better high school player then soroka one on one with the goalie, or in front of teh goal.

Roman had another 5-3 third period lead this time though they held on to win. Final 5-3 series tied at 1 game each final game Friday night at Skate Zone at 7:15

Thursday night Pennsbury beats Ryan 4-2. Brings both semi-finals to the 3rd and deciding game Friday eve.

ghost vs ryan was a good game. some controversy at the end. ghost let them back in with penalty trouble. ryan fought hard to make it close after being down 4 goals. the ghost forwards were really clicking too.
