no if the coach is good enough the impact will happen immiediately. It will be even easier because the players on here chiming in are excited. If they buy in the impact will happen.

I guess I was good enough for you to remember my name three years after I graduated... Wink

Actually, we remember you for the games you've boned wearing a stripe sweater.

Who do you have pictures of to get you the Flyers Cup and State Final?

big of an impact his 1st season

I've had Hazelton coach me for two years in club hockey and other teams throughout the years and I can personally say that the impact will be quick because what I have learned from him is that you do things within his system or you don't play. And, since everyone wants to play, they buy into the systems which can be very succesful especially within HS hockey against some of the more offensive teams like Stoga, Marple, and O'hara

Easy there Dicky....if your going to get personal, the least you should do is sign your real name....it's not real fair that he has to eat your insults without being able to fire back, now is it?

DD,

Don't know if your joking or not, but Sheva is one of the best officials in the area and deserved the spots he got.

I just noticed that Paul Gilligan isn't coaching at Council Rock North. When did this happen? Did he resign? He has been there since 1985.

He left at the end of Spring last year. If read some earlier posts on this thread you'll see that he spent last year helping at RC as well as running the Penn State Delco program
