Just wanted to be cool and start the thread early.
Safe to assume Mr. Sacks you will be heading to beautiful West Chester this evening.
A 4-pack of FC games, can't beat that.

Congrats to LaSalle on a big win vs Judge.
It was obvious that it was going to be an uphill battle all night for Judge, especially after losing one of their top D Men last weekend.
LaSalle was like a machine and just ran through Judge's defensive end all night long. Most of their goals were just good plays in front of and around the net.
As a parent from Judge I can only say positive things about both teams. Every player on the ice played hard. But LaSalle is stacked with alot of 18AAA players going to Nationals and Judge has mostly 16AA and A players. And that is not a slight on anybody. It's just facts.
LaSalle played like a AAA team and deserved to win. Good luck to them and their coaches.
I also want to congratulate Father Judge on a very successful season as well. I really don't think anybody really gave them any chance of doing anything going into the season. But finishing 3rd in the LBCSHL and making it to the semi finals of the Flyers Cup is definitely something for the players and coaches to build on going into next season. With only three seniors leaving they should be a strong contender again next season with still a basically young team.
Thanks for a great season guys!!!!!

At the Rink- Very well put.

Judge was obviously over-matched in the game once LaSalle broke through with the first 3 goals. I really don't think anybody is going to stop them this year. Good luck to HGP in trying.

As far as Judge, it was a pleasure to watch the team this year and I think they have a great shot next year. The LaSalle loss, along with the Ryan win, were very good learning experiences for the boys. This is a pretty tightly knit group of kids on Judge, and I know that they are eager for next year already.

Congratulations on running such a great hockey club. There are quite a few clubs in the area that could learn from Bill Connors and his players.

Yea, hats off to Judge this year.

For me, that team was by far the most surprising team in AAA. They had a great season, and alot to build on next year.

Before the season, I thought Roman, and Ryan would have a shot at the Flyers Cup semis, and finals. I really wasnt expecting Judge to be there, and they came out and really turned some heads.

Bill Connors is a good coach. He runs his team very fair from what I've seen this season.
Every player is involved in PP and SH situations and at the high school level at least with this team, it works. He just usually rolls the lines and the kids have to step up and more times than not they do.
He also has very good assistants on the bench that the kids really relate to.
My son transfered from Roman last summer and I can say he really enjoys playing with this group. They are a pretty tight group and they seem to rally behind each other. It's fun to watch the enthusiasum during the games.
I think they realize that they have a great shot to go far again next year and that is what is exciting as a parent. It took a year to gel together and with the post season experience behind them it will be interesting to see how they come out of the gate next Fall.
