Who would you say were the mvp's of each game?? i only saw the A game, but in my opinion it would have to go to either Rob Mattern or Billy Latta, both played outstanding games, with mattern maken several phonominal saves, and latta with his 3 goals in the biggest game of the season.... both steped up when in the spot light and both well deserving.... and other opinions on AA and AAA?

Obviously Latta for Henderson game

i can't name any players on the winning AA or AAA Teams butif i had to name one for our teams it would be

HH- Hearble or Campli
Ghost- Sarevelli

There was no official MVP of the games, they dont name one for the States as they do in the Flyers Cup.

My picks would have been:
A- Latta
AA- Saad from Pine Richland
AAA- #61 from NA (I forget his name but he had 4 goals)

come on wchlax/latta how much more do you want to toot your own horn what about the rest of your team mates that also won the states this past weekend i saw more than one player out on that ice on saturday but i guess they dont count if there was an mvp it should go to the entire hh team not just one person

Although WCHlax seems to only talk Henderson hockey, I think he is right in giving his MVP to Latta. No Latta didn't win the game on his on own but he was the most outstanding and valuable player to his team in the game.

Also i highly doubt that WCHLax is Billy Latta.

First to DMAN, i am not Billy Latta, i am just a fan, and a big supporter of Henderson Ice Hockey, most of the kids on the team i am friendly with... Second, it was just my opinion on the mvp, Billy had 3 goals in the state championship game, and mattern played amazing... Blaker did a good job holding down the defense, and yes the award could go to anybody on the team... But i think others agree latta was the "stand out" in the game... he caught my eye with those 2 break away goals...

What about Jimmy Hazelton for the AA game, he played with a broken rib, had two goals and several huge hits, personally, I do not think he gets the credit he deserves as one of the better players in this area

Jimmy Hazelton played really good and showed a lot of heart, too bad the other Hazelton couldnt have made some saves, because i watched that game and if he doesnt allow some of the weak goals in HH would have won that game.

6 out of 8 is more then just "some" weak goals

well at least we know that hhguy learned nothing. This program has been getting a lot of criticism and I'm glad to see your proving everyone on these message boards that they're right.
