I think it's about 11-12% of the schools are private. This is just a guess. That is the percentage in the PIHL. There are around 500 Public school districts. Some districts have more that one high school, So lets just use 500. So it's 5 out of every 50 are private. Ratio about 9 to 1 public to private

Plus, when the schools won them could be an issue. I doubt 15-20 years ago when there was almost no real school affiliation I'm sure not all of those teams had pure rosters.

PA HOckey offered a LIVE Webcast of the Pennsylvania State Finals similar to 2005 and we did Tape delay in Aston last year in 2007. The PIHL called and told Heck Video Productions that they are not allowed in the building !

Is anyone else having trouble with the online radio broadcast? Is there somewhere else I can listen/watch it online?

It is on now and I accessed it through the link. It is Quaker Valley 1, East 0 after 1st period. East just had a goal called off.

Quaker Valley is on their 7th penalty!

Game is tied at 1! I believe the shots on goal are 20-5 in favor of East. Goal scored by Pruitt, from Oriente.

WC East had an advantage in the power plays more from some real undisciplined play by QV than the officiating which I thought was good
