No offense to you Boraske, but it's just the Hawks M.O. It was the same when I played for them. Great teams with loads of talent that have a lot to say early in the season and don't produce. And when I say produce, I'm talking about living up to the hype that they themselves start. It's nice when you beat some of the best teams, but if you don't make it to districts it's just a "shoulda, coulda, woulda" scenario. And for the most part that responsibility falls on your coaches and your team leaders.

Nice theroy but lets try this. List the teams in alphabetical order.

Blast, Blazers, Ducks1, Ducks2, Glaciers, Haverford, Hershey, Ice Dogs, Lancaster, Predators, Quakers 2 , Quakers 1 , VFC, Warwick, Wissahickon, York

Now lets split them up alphabetically but do it every other one.

West: Blast, Ducks 1 , Glaciers, Hershey, Lancaster, Quakers 2, VFC, Wissahickon.

East: Blazers,Ducks 2, Haverford, Ice dogs, Predators, Quakers 1, Warwick, York

Gee imagine that. This the same as the Divisions from last year.

IF THIS IS THE CASE... WHO DECIDES WHETHER TO USE A TEAMS FIRST OR LAST NAME... I.E. LANCASTER VS FIREBIRDS, ETC. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT IF THIS IS THERE METHODOLOGY THEY SHOULD AT LEAST BE CONSISTENT TO ALLEVIATE ANY SECOND GUESSING OF AGENDAS.

Hey Snipe. Can you go ask this on the U18AA thread? I brought the U16AA talk to this thread to separate them out.

We'll find out soon enough-last time I checked Silver Sticks had 24 teams at 16AA about 8-9 from NJ-all very strong.

Reading will be playing at Warwick this weekend against 93 ID, Warwick 1, and Bridgewater, I think. They will play a 4th game but that depends on their standing after the first three games. Should be good hockey. ID92 enterd early but couldn't make it work because of conflicts.

reading should get a good look for where they are. warwick and either of the ice dog 93 teams (they are both very even) will be competitive but not among the final 4 at the end of february. dont know about bridgewater

2 Divisions. Play your Division twice. Cross over to the other Division one each. Total 24 games.
