signed by the flyers today. 8 years averaging 6.5 a year. great signing. bad news is that gomez is going to sign with the rangers.

Yippee!!!! Holmgren didn't stop there. He traded Pitkanen and Sanderson to Edmonton for their captain Jason Smith and Joffrey Lupul. Read the article.

Joffrey Lupul was a -21 last year.... Pehaps they should have stayed away from him? Jason Smith, he will add some excitement to the mix.
